If you place order after 3pm or on a weekend Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday) All items are sent from a central warehouse on a Tuesday or Thursday. We will provide a tracking number to you once your order has been placed with the courier company. Due to nationwide delivery issues, your order may be delayed past the 3 -5 working days delivery we normally offer. This is out of  our control.

IMPORTANT You must check the car upon delivery for any damage or faults with the car as soon as it is delivered.  You must inform us within 24 hours of any damage or technical faults with the car.  Failure to do this and inform us within the first 24hrs of delivery, will result in no claims being considered by us.  Any faults or damage reported will be reported to our suppliers, who issue the warranty,  who will have to rectify the issue, this may involve technical support from them, having the car returned to them or having parts sent to you. Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday only. Purchasing a ride on car implies that you have read this notice and are happy to purchase upon these conditions.
